Personal Training

Personal Training is a one hour session with a trainer to help meet your health and fitness goals. You will be taken through a fitness test to see where your current level of fitness is at. A program will then be tailored to suit your needs. Nutritional advice will be given to maximize your results and to get the best out of your session. If you are serious in achieving your goals and want the one-on-one attention, this would suit you.

You can come to our studio or we can come to you at your workplace or home.

Personal training sessions are available with John six days a week Monday-Saturday. You can have your session at our home studio - The Green Room – or he can come to you at your work place or home.
