At my heaviest I weighed 176kg. I started my journey in 2011 at FITLIFE. I was getting fitter, stronger, eating healthier and shedding weight I have been carrying my whole life. I started to feel good about myself and gain a lot more confidence. I am 29 years of age and now sitting at 87kgs. I have lost 89kgs to date with my goal in sight. I have learnt that this is a lifestyle, it’s about making changes for the better and living life to the fullest. Set a goal and never give up, because you can do anything if you set your mind to it. I love to exercise and, being in an environment where there is no judgement means that I can actually feel comfortable exercising.
