I moved to New Zealand from the USA and my cousin told me about a fitness programme he was joining that really helped him to be in shape and to eat better. I joined because I just wanted to get out of the house, it wasn't a great goal, but it got me to COMMIT2FIT. As the training went on, I realised I wanted to look good in my clothes, be stronger physically and emotionally, and, be encouraged spiritually. My weight loss goal was to go from my 8?kg to be below 75kg. The sessions were amazing. Before COMMIT2FIT I hadn't done any intense workouts, but here, every workout was intense and targeted different areas of the body. As my journey went on I grew to love it and noticed my endurance was also improving. We had our sessions in John and Fiona's studio, The Green Room, it is a nice, private space. Fee is the best trainer, and when we train, its on, there is no mucking around. I worked hard for Fee to be proud of me and see that all her encouragement didn't go to waste. When I joined the programme I was so glum, so blah, but now I am fit and healthy and follow the D65 clean eating guidelines. I have lost more than 7kgs and am happy to say I reached my goal of being under 75kg. If you're someone thinking about joining a fitness programme, stop thinking and join COMMIT2FIT, it really does get results and is amazingly worth it.
