Bootcamp + Commit2Fit

COMMIT2FIT, Operation Strong and Bootcamp training sessions are designed to challenge you and provide a platform for you to overcome and break through limiting mindsets. Whether your goal is to get fitter and healthier, lose weight, build muscle or be part of a group of likeminded people, our COMMIT2FI, Operation Strong and Bootcamp training sessions are a great option.

BOOTCAMP has 6-week, 8-week and 12-week programs throughout the year. It is based at the Life Convention Centre in Airport Oaks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6-7pm. Led by John Mann, you can choose to sign up for the full bootcamp concession or do casual training.

COMMIT2FIT is an 8-week program based in our studio – The Green Room. It takes place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings 6-7pm. It is a concession-only training run by Fee and takes a maximum of 12 participants.

OPERATION STRONG is designed to build lean muscle mass and size to your body, it will also strengthen you physically, mentally, spiritually and get you on track with the proper nutrition guidelines to help you get the best result for your efforts. Based in our studio - The Green Room - the programme takes place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings  7.30-8.30pm with a maximum of 10 participants. 

All challenges involve all aspects of fitness and have proven to be a great arena to build comradery as you train with likeminded people in your community.
